I have to write a piece about a speech made by an Australian speaker, and he made reference to the "gigaliter."

How much is that in American terms? I've never heard the word before.

Deinosuchus : Deinosuchus is an extinct genus of alligator from the Upper Cretaceous (Campanian) of North America. It is thought for several decades to be the largest crocodilian that ever lived. The animal's total length is more than 15 metres and its weight is more than 8 tons. It most likely preyed on fish, dinosaurs (especially the abundant hadrosaurs of the time), and anything else that strayed too close to the water. And remeber that it walked on its four legs on the ground.
T-Rex: it was the largest known tyrannosaurid and one of the largest known land predators, measuring over 12 metres (40 feet) in length and weighing over than 7 tons. Large bite marks found on bones of other dinosaurs indicate that these teeth could penetrate solid bone. T. rex could eat up to 500 pounds (230 kg) of meat and bones in one bite!..Remember that it walked on two legs on the ground

I keep seeing it on the discovery channel...all the hot, red lava flowing down a volcano. It looks incredible. I was wondering, if I touch it will it just be really warm and soothing, or will it burn a frickin' hole through my hand?

Also...can one make synthetic magma?

Why does everything Kent Hovind say make sense? I've seen him put to shame the top evolutionists, I don't get it. I look at the earth, and it's scary, what he says makes sense.Degree or no degree. It's frusterating. WHY!

The land is a steep slope with limestone slabs visable at the back right corner. Only the largest trees seem to be effected, maybe 10 trees, so far. It looks like they've been snatched out of the ground. The root balls are between 10 and 20 feet in diameter and they are now vertical.
