I'm doing a science project and I need to know if a leopard would eat/hunt an owl.

Would if it could catch the owl, which is not likely.

Owls don't spend time on the ground where they are vulnerable to attack, & their nests are usually high in trees, which is where they take their kills to eat.

Leopards are fairly "non-specific" predators meaning that they will eat a wide range of things - whatever they can catch. It's possible, but not the most probable thing. More likely a nice plumb capybara or a monkey.
