In June 1983, one other person and I on a flight to London, saw the underground city about two to three hours West of Heathrow Airport. As I recall it was about 3 or 4 Oclock in the afternoon, and a very bright sunny day. The pilot had started decending from the higher altitude. I have contacted many individual and companies through the years, and no one seem to have any idea what we saw. I am serious, and this is not a prank or joke. I really appreciate those who are sincere in trying to help solve this mystery for me.

The theory of Plate Tectonics was not widely accepted until the discovery of the magnetic
striping of the ocean floor. In light of earlier observations, the jigsaw puzzle fit of the
continents, the occurrence of fossils of the same life-forms on both sides of the Atlantic,
and paleoclimatic conditions, why is the magnetic striping such a key piece of evidence?
