How much faith do you need to believe that we evolved from absolutely nothing? The whole universe supposedly came from a spec (that appeared from nothing) and created everything that we see and everything that we don't. All the "missing links" all have been proven frauds or highly questionable. "Lucy" the monkey/whatever came from bones that were spread out the distance of a football field and the dino/bird missing link that National Geographic purchased for thousands of dollars was actually to skellatons glued together by chinese guy (that knew scientist were desperate to find the missing link). You can carbon date live animals at thousands of years old and we are expected to believe they are accurate on dating fossils. The list goes on. Does this take as much faith as believing in God? Do we not want to believe in God because we don't want to be accountable?

my uncle and I are having a HUGE debate. I said I remember hearing somewhere, that humans cannot survive without natural sunlight. He says it's not true. I also recall there is a place in Alaska that doesn't receive sunlight for many months a year, my uncle cited that as an example of people who survive without sunlight. Still I think I'm right! Does anyone know whether humans can survive if the sun "died" out?

Have dug a 600 feet depth borewell in Coimbatore(India) in my land.
Then when inserting the submersible pump we find a block at
300 feet.
What could this be? Can rocks move around at this depth and re-block borewell shafts as soon as the drill is taken out?
Any solutions to this problem?

Ok, maybe I should ask this question instead....Can I use tap water, table salt and baking soda for the crystal forming experiment for my 7 year old? It is not for school or anything so it doesnt matter what how it these things rather than epsome, distilled and washing soda, affect it JUST AS LONG AS WE CAN GROW SOME STUPID CRYSTALS LOL!!! He just loves crystals, thats all and I wanted to show him this experiment. I thought it would be much simpler than this lol!
