I already know about:

melting (solid to liquid),
boiling (liquid to gas),
condensation (gas to liquid),
freezing (liquid to solid),
and sublimation (solid to gas, like how dry ice becomes CO2 gas).

So what's the sixth one? And did I get the fifth one right?

I saw a Chinese man treat back pain on a patient using a paper towel soaked in "water" wrapped around a piece of aluminum foil. According to an IR-sensitive video camera, it showed massive heat being generated (202 deg. F) from the towel.
What other chemical or liquid could he may have used to generate this heat and attribute to chi?

If salt crystals are put in water, the saturation point is said to be 26%, when crystals are still visible at the bottom. I assume that means sitting still. If I use red (Himalayan) salt, I can see that when I shake the container, more particles of salt float around, and cloud it. This water must be a higher % than the still water. I know it's just guess work, but what would you say is the salt % in the shaken water.
