I have this problem from homework that I'm having a hard time figuring out. I've looked in the book to try and solve it, but have had no luck.

Gasoline has a density of 0.86 g/ml. How much weight do you add to your care by filling the tank with 15 gallons of gasoline. Report in units of grams, kilograms, and pounds.

If anyone could assist me with solving the problem, I'd really appreciate it!

In my O-Chem experiment, I had to extract and isolate caffeine from tea, and then purify it, and take the melting point. The mp of pure caffeine supposed to be 237C, while mine (and others, and according to the text it should be this way) was lower: 219C. WHY? it's one of the question for the post-lab. HELP!

in my chemistry homework, I am given for the H atom: E_n_ = -(21.79*10^-19 J)/n^2
E_ph_=(21.79*10^-19 J)/((n_L_^-2)-(n_U_^-2))

if it is transitioning from n=1 to n=2, what do the other things mean. How would you calculate the wavelength.

Thanks, I can not find the code for my ebook, so i dont have a book.
