I am trying to find out if the acacia tortilis (the umbrella tree) or a similar looking tree is native to Cambodia.
Many thanks.

can different genes be cloned from divergent morphologic growths expressed on the same plant
say where first branch has certain features
the second has additive features
the third branch has different features again
all progressivly and morphologically divergent
that when cloned will they hold the genetical characteristic of the parental branch?
or will each develop as per the morp of the complete parental doner plant?
can the undiferentiated genes be clonally passed on retaining the preceedant developed charecter sequence?
any instances reported?

These started falling several weeks ago. They vary in color from bright red to light brown. I have counted as many as 19 of these attached in a cluster attached to one leaf. The clusters seem to build up like a pyramid. They are pointed at one end and on the other end they look like they had a stem attached.
