The axial skeleton is the bit of the human body without the arms and legs.

Specifically the bones of that bit.

Have a look at the wiki page

The 5 parts are:

Skull
Ossicles
Spinal Column
Chest (rib cage)
and the Hyoid bone - a little tiny bone in the floor of mouth/front of throat that suspends the laryngeal apparatus

(Note that the bony pelvis seems to be considered by many to be part of the spinal column. A few people consider it to be the 5th part and the hyoid bone is disregarded.)

Why is this question in botany?

I am making the assumption that you are referring to what are the key elements of a successful bar/bartender. I have been a bartender, managed clubs, bars and pubs and I have been a patron of bars that I was not affiliated with on any level. I have always found that the best bartender may not always know the best way to serve and/or make every drink asked for. The best bartender may not be the most attractive physically to any and/or all of the patrons. The best bartender may be 10 or even 15 yrs older than the average age of the majority of the patrons. The best bartender has the best personality in the establishment. The best bartender is friendly and social, yet, does not "hit on" the patrons. The best bartender easily handles a potential altercation with ease, so much so that the persons involved are not really aware that they have been "handled". The best bartender does not mind when someone asks for a drink they are not familiar with, they merely ask what the ingredients are and do the best they can to accommodate the patron. The best bartender is a fun person that remembers ppls names and favorite drinks and is always happy to see you when you stop in.
