My friend and I were talking and she said blondes are going to disappear. I asked why? She said because of interbreeding. I told her that impossible because not everybody is interbreeding. She said they can also be sleeping with brunettes. She told me the last blonde hair blue-eyed baby will born in finland in 200 years. I told her it's a hoax. I hsow her a wesbite that lists her country is one of the countries that believed the hoax. She asked me if that site was true. I told I don't if it is. I can't seem to convince so, I asking everyone if this is true.

IF IT ISN'T TRUE, STATE YOUR SOURCE AND REASONS.
here's the website I showed her.

I am currently given quite a lot of vectors to insert my gene of interest and I have no idea which one to choose. All of them have restriction sites while some have introns and all of them have different promoters ranging from SV40 promoters to T7 promoter. Which vector should I choose if I am working on a mammlian cell and why?
