1. There are three pairs (tri) instead of two pairs at chromosomes number 21.
2. Called Patau sindrome, most humans with Trisomy 13 die after days of being born, characteristics are cleft palate, An extra finger, and many more/.

5.This person will have Klinefelter syndrome, only males, tall, infertile.

7.Its just the way how we can identify chromosomes e.g. the Kariotype for Klinefelter syndrome is 47XXY, for down's syndrome 47xy+21 which is called Trisomy 21.
