Turner's Syndrome. Short stature, slow growth, webbed neck, infertility, usually with no puberty, coarctation of the aorta, kidney problems leading to hypertension, osteoporosis. The vast majority are well within normal in their mental abilities, like the rest of the population but some studies suggest a slightly higher percentage have some problems with visio-spacial orientation type things.

If they have no heart/great vessel abnormalities or kidney problems, they lead a normal life expectancy and are capable of anything any of the "breeders" are, except reproduction.
