Introns are parts of DNA that do not code for any proteins. In Eukaryotes, these parts have to be removed before the gene sequence can be translated. Prokaryotes do not have introns or exons because their genome is simpler (only 1 or 2 small strands of DNA)

introns are the non coded part of the dna ,they r not present in eubacterias because they all have only coded regions of dna only.
