Dinosaurs lived from about 230 million to about 65 million years ago. What modern people have clues about dinosaurs are fossils and bones found under ground or somewhere else. But how could scientists know that dinosaurs looked like they way we see them on tv, movies or internet? Fossils and bones do not represent look. Is it just imagination?

a) endocytosis
b) osmosis
c) exocytosis
d) phagocytosis
e) active transport
I think it's not osmosis or exocytosis. That leaves endocytosis, phagocytosis, and active transport. Active transport is the taking in of materials through protein channels from an area of low concentration to an area of high concentration. Endocytosis is the process of taking in substances through engulfing something or creating a tiny vacuole for it. Then phagocytosis, which is a form of endocytosis. but it's the engulfing of large material such as food i'm guessing. Please tell me what it is and why.

When we get burnt in hot water, say whilst washing the dishes, there's an initial stroke of pain but even after we've removed the hand from under the running water it seems the pain strikes again and sometimes even harder. It feels like a double-phased reaction. Why is it so?

It's for science fair, and to keep the experiment controlled, I need bacteria (but it would be best if it's all of one kind) and agar and petri dishes. Does anyone know where I can find this? A reputable store or website would be the best.
