I know that a jellyfish does not have a spine, but what IS it, it obviously isn't a vertebrae, is it classed as an invertebrae? Is it an ectoplasm?

Seriously! Why? No other animals have butt cracks! And it seems to just get in the way, forcing us to wipe the remainder of our waste away.

Also, is it safe to assume that the the self awareness and physical ability needed to wipe ones own bum came BEFORE the evolution of the butt crack? I mean, if the butt crack came first, the early humans would smell poorly, and probably never reproduce, because everyone is disgusting.

Are there any other animals with butt cracks?

And here's the important question. Why did I wake up at four in the morning this morning wondering about the evolution of butt cracks?

I thought when you are cold blood vessels contract to conserve heat so shouldn't my skin be pale? I don't swim particularly energetically and I have plenty of natural insulation - OK fat.

- there is a rebuttal against the complaint that transitional species are missing from the fossil record.

- however, we have an even more compelling domain in which to investigate the phenomenon of transitional species, and that is organisms currently living, now.

- can anyone give me an example of a half ape, half human transitional species alive now?

- please list off current transitional species

Humans have not changed much over the last several thousand years. Although our longevity has been extended that has more to do with healthcare than evolution. What do you think will happen to humans in the next several thousand years?

I take a garlic supplement when I know I'll be outdoors around mosquitos. I've been doing this the last 2 summers and it actually works for me! Without it I get eaten alive!! It seems vampires aren't the only bloodsuckers to be repulsed by garlic. Is there a scientific explaination for this?
