well, its tough to figure out what you need.
Ficoll-Sodium Metrizoate is the chemical used... but also some of these use Percoll (an aqueous colloidal solution of polyvinylpyrrolidone-coated silica). So just search these 2 chemicals on yahoo for their densities.

If you are lookin for how to calibrate the test: get some Percoll, equilibrated to 300 mOsm with sodium chloride, was found to be the ideal gradient medium for density measurements of tissues with a density greater than 1.0 g/ml. which includes most types of lymph and parathyroid types... not sure about Lympho and Erythrocytes tho. Sorry!
