When I visit the in-laws, we usually run into a woman around town who is psychic. Whenever I see her, she blurts out things, in front of the in-laws, about how I am feeling. The worst part about it is - she is right on! She says she can read a lot of things on me and my feelings "because I am needy" in that way. She does not charge for readings, and I have never had in-depth conversation with her. She just stops me and says things. Sometimes these feelings are private though, and she doesn't filter what she says, and she tells the in-laws what she saw in me. Is there a way I can block her from seeing my feelings? I am actually anxious about seeing her again!

It has almost been a year now and I am coming to realize that I am seeing the number 304 lately alot mainly on digital clocks its just like every time I seem to look at the clock it is 304 every time I'm starting to think that I am going crazy I started having thoughts like maybe I need to play the lotto or it 304 would be the time I die. I even thought maybe if I flip the number upside down I might get something from it but when I did that it read HOE and that definitely isn't the case so what is really going on. I thought I was the only one but after doing my research online thats not the case but I keep reading alot of different things about the meaning but now I'm just confused and spooked can someone please help me.

50 years ago, the thought of human memory/ intelligence being uploaded to a machine was considered pseudo science and science fiction. In fact the idea would have been scoffed at and chided as paranormal fantasy. but in essence, this process has already occured? every time a human places an opinion, idea, or thought on the world wide web, we are in fact uploading ourselves to a machine. In short becoming a cyborg in essence with the collective mass. computer chips are being implanted to control heart functions, brain functions, hearing, eye site, and replacement of artificial limbs. at this point, has not science fiction/ and fantasy become science fact? because the science has not been discovered yet, is there any possibility the science for paranormal research and will be invented in the near future? Will computers soon become the so called collective soul for all humanity if they are merged with the human brain and spirit?

[2 years ago I was staying in Gulf Breeze, Florida.]

"One night I had a dream, which during it felt entirely real. I saw a creature, greenish/blue with large brown/black eyes that showed me "the universe" and all these civilizations and wars, and different types of "beings". This creature did not speak to me verbally, rather I heard in my mind what I can only say would be the creatures' "thoughts beaming towards me".

Towards the end of the dream it was as if I was being "led home" and showed up until the present day, moving-video-multimedia style history lesson."

[upon awakening i immediately recalled the dream as best i could in writing, as above stated. i don't know if this would be considered a "UFO SIGHTING" or "just a dream"? But I am looking for answers: what is your interpretation of this? should I contact anyone about this, to share this experience, or is it best left "a dream of no significance"? thanks for your sincere answers.]

have any of you experienced a paranormal event? I'm specifically interested in appliances and electronic devices that you believe have been influenced by a ghost or other paranormal factor.

Okay. I am only 12 years old. Dont spaz cause im on yahoo, i just want a couple serious answers.
First, The ghost thing.

Okay. so 2 years ago, my dad died. About 5 minutes ago, i was reading answers in the paranormal section, and my dog was just standing in front of the door, wagging his tail, looking into the hall of the apartment building through a crack in the door. My mom went in the hall, and called for my dog to come. He just wouldnt come into the hall. He was still wagging his tail, but he would not go out of the apartment. I dont know if this is linked with my dad, i dont really know, but can someone just try and give an explanation?
Okay. Now the psychic thing.
I believe all humans have a part of their mind they have not gained control of yet. I, however can notice this sence in myself. I can see stuff in my sleep, just short little maybe 5 second flashes of time, and a week later, usually it happens. I get a sence that i have been in the situation just a while earlier.

After you found out all you wanted to know from them.....what would you do with them?
(I'm sure I'll get a lot of silly answers...but hopefully a few sincere ones too. .) (I know I'm setting myself up for silly answers. And skeptics...just try to use your imagination...PRETEND this could happen!)

Serious scientific study is going on to upload human memories and intelligence into a computer before death occurs. Since this is going on, it would mean that many scientists dont share the opinion that when you die your dead and everything you are goes with you. If this is correct, then science does believe you can live on after death forever. And in effect, would this not be a GHOST in the machine. would your spirit not be alive after death? after all it would be your intelligence and life merging with a machine.

Don't you think that they are the same people as they were before they died?! I wonder why we think they're more important without their bodies. (I know they're more mysterious)(People we wouldn't give a "flip" about in this world become "super special" when they lose their bodies...It doesn't really matter what kind of person they were.)

This child has a series of videos on YouTube. He says he is an indigo child and offers lessons on the History of Man, Aliens, Vaccines, Jimi Hendrix and DNA.

I am wondering if anyone knows anything about him. I think he is from New Zealand and I am not sure if he is a boy or a girl.

Should there be any limits at all?

I can understand keeping an open mind about the possibility of extraterrestrial life or anything else that is plausible, but should I keep an open mind about my car turning into a unicorn?

Is it close minded to think dreams involve no actual travel outside of the body? Is it close minded, in the light of her claims and evidenced failures, to suspect Sylvia Browne of wholesale fraud? Is it close minded to believe all possible natural causes must first be eliminated before even considering paranormal causes?

Naturally, one should do what one can to avoid acting with prejudice should consider all evidence when evaluating a paranormal claim. One should use this evidence, along with reason, rationality and to some degree probability when doing before really jumping to any conclusion. However, I see many responses here where the default answer is: It must be paranormal. There is no other possible explanation.
