This child has a series of videos on YouTube. He says he is an indigo child and offers lessons on the History of Man, Aliens, Vaccines, Jimi Hendrix and DNA.

I am wondering if anyone knows anything about him. I think he is from New Zealand and I am not sure if he is a boy or a girl.

Yes, I went and watched one thanks for the link.
Let's deal with one issue at a time and I will only address three.
Video: Please notice how his eyes frequently focus away and to the side of the camera as if he would be reading cue cards or getting cue props from someone. This person either doesn't know the material or has a bad memory.

Indigo Child: I had to look this up but I have seen no scientific investigation into Auras for quite some time so I dismiss this (perhaps too readily) as a way to detect an
Indigo Child. They demonstrate unusual characteristics and may be human evolution. Yes, I agree and psychology has long had a term for these children it's called "Gifted and Talented" Many of them demonstrate strange behavior because they fail to relate to people in the same age group (usually that are not gifted and talented). However, placing these children in intellectually stimulating environments (gifted programs) suddenly causes these behavior differences to vanish. While this is not proof (so debunkers can stop reading now) it is at least evidence that Indigo children are nothing more than gifted children.
Do they have unusual characteristics? Yes, many have more neural networks, and neurons often fire faster (they don't use more of their brain but they do use it more efficiently) One can only hope that evolution hold this for human kind.
Testing: His advice on testing lacks controls (elementary school science), and he fails to explain how or why it should be that English is translated into Horse, Dog, Cat on a interdimensional level. Why do these species not understand English language commands? Or Spanish or Mandarin?
It also contradicts the work of Temple Grandin, PhD who is diagnosed with Autism (and does not consider herself an Indigo Child) and a greatly respected researcher in Animal Behavior. Take a look at her books "Animals in Translation" and "Thinking in Pictures"

Use of the term "indigo child" alone immediately makes this person subject to suspicion. "Indigos" is just a New Age term used to describe intelligent or unusual children. But in classic New Age style nothing is natural, so they attribute these characteristics as having a supernatural source. These claims are completely unsubstantiated.

The person is from South Africa.
