I was watching a show on the Discovery channel where they say that such an experiment occured in California in the 1900's i think. However the baby was killed after its birth because it seemed inhumane. So obviously it is very possible for us to do this today, so what would the child be like. How would it look and how smart would it be? I'm just curious.

Last Tuesday coming home going south towards the Manzano Mountains in New Mexico, I saw a huge reddish ball somewhat like the harvest moon. It was still and then slowly subsided out of view. It was too big for a hot air balloon and someone told me they don't fly at night. It was 9:30 p.m. Did I see a UFO?

I know they can give a load of cods wallop, but for a fiver, to raise charity for a young girl who has cancer, its seems like a good cause.

I dont really consider going to these evenings, but i have been questioning my life a lot at the moment, and maybe a clairvoyant maybe able to shed some light onto the future i hold.

Many people think of strong artificial intelligence as an artificial device being able to perceive, and reason, in ways similar to a human being. I agree that there are other, lesser bars for artificial intelligence, but the difference is why I use the term "strong AI".

Mendeleev gave his periodic table in 1860.He corrected the atomic mass of Be from 13.5 to 9.But Newland in his arangement of elements according to Law of Octaves placed Be between Li(7) and Br,though at that time Be's at.mass was taken to be 13.5.Therefore it should have been between C(12) and N.

conservation of energy..
v know P.E = MGH.....AND k.e = 1/2 MV*V..

U TAKE a body of mass M TO a height H IT GAINS a potential of MGH.....

SAY if u can prove MGH > 1/2MV*V....otherwise....P.E > K.E...and that some of potential energy is not recovered.....and hence violating law of conservation of energy. .. what effect will it have on current physics...?? r how central is L.C.E....??

Once again: As I continue to take pictures of my surroundings (within my house, specifically my bedroom), spheres of different sizes AND different colors continue to appear in the pictures. Some of them are incredibly brilliant, appearing as a bright light bulb against the background. When not as bright, one can actually see the inside of these forms that look like holes or craters within. I've been told these things could be: insects (no insects in my house), moisture (live in dry climate), faulty flash within the camers (have tried and use different cameras), lights from outside (no lights outside). Most significant is the fact that lately I have captured these "orbs/ odd formations" in movement: they produce a zigzag pattern which is easily detected due to the comet-like trail they leave behind while in motion. It is not dust either because not two pictures are alike while taken in sequence, each within 5 to 10 seconds of the other. Any ideas what these things are??
