The site mentioned above just lists parts availability, no data.

That looks like an NPC number. If marked, you should see the "NPC" logo (very rounded letters) on the part. NPC's site doesn't have the datasheet for this one, either.

You'll need to contact Nippon Precision Circuits directly at technicalhelp@npcamerica.com to get more information.

I am *guessing* that it's a PLL that sets the RF frequency for the receiver.
