My grounding in the field is shaky, but by my understanding of "Schrodinger's Cat" is that nothing exists except as a cloud of probabilities until it is observed. Then, wouldn't the existence of the universe imply that there was some original observer that predated the cosmos. Who's observation collapsed the probability fields and caused the cosmos to actually exist?
I can see soo many ways that I am wrong with this, I would appreciate someone knowledgable's input.

While walking the beach today, in Florida, I came across a small maroon colored, round shaped jelly like creature ( almost like a small human tongue). On it bottom it had a small like tail coming out of it. Any help identifying this animal would be appreciated !

hello,

In the past, I have seen people use dry ice for fog effects on stage. I have seen massive amounts of fog produced, so much so that a large room was covered in fog, up to about 4 feet off the ground. I've read that large amounts of fog can be produced. However, yesterday I placed a 20 pound block of ice in a bucket of hot water, and the effect was disappointing. The fog flowed over the bucket, and disapated within a radius of roughly 3 or 4 feet from the pail. Any ideas why it didn't work, or how I can fix it?

Several sites warn you not to use too much fog, since you can fog up the whole front of the audience. I am looking for an effect similar to this in magnitude...any help is appreciated :-).

What I'm asking is why aren't children of the same parents exactly the same? Is it that each sperm has a different set of chromosones or each egg...or does it happen later on in the development?
