Einstein seemed to think so, and who am I to argue with him, though he did say it would be easier to predict the future than to travel there. There are physics theories to support the probabity of time travel, if you buy Einsteins "burrito theory", the problem is an energy source that would allows us to travel faster than the speed of light without blowing ourselves up.

It is possible to go in any direction in any dimension. Our transition in the time dimension we recognize as time. We are able to move in any direction in the spatial dimension but at the present have no ability to change our motion in the time dimension.
Even if we had the ability to change our motion in the time dimension it would not take us back or forward to the universe in the past or the future. The universe only exists at one point in time. If you go back in the time dimension the universe will not be there. It is the same as trying to go back to a party you had in a park yesterday by going back to the park today. Of course you will find that no one is there.
The laws of physics allow you to move in time but not go back to the past or the future. They are two different things.

No, God designed this world in such a way that it is absolutely impossible to physically go back in time. Our minds are able to remember past events, but that does not allow us to go back in time.

NO. It would involve speeds in excess of that of light, and we have not found anything that can go that fast, except Superman, who died in 1965.
