Nope. Everything plays out as it does because of a variety of reasons-but natural selection is the main driving force behind it. Humans believe that just because we have an awareness of self and the most complex way of expressing ideas that we can somehow alter the course of things, but our genes are programmed to act a certain way, and only through the illusion of conciousness do we delude ourselves into believing otherwise.
It's not beneficial to our concious minds to know that we are incapable of doing anything without a choice-so our unconcious mind gives our concious mind the option to choose between different paths when in all reality our unconcious mind has already made the decision, and we will follow right along with it.

it depends if we can develop a time machine
we would not have a 9\11 catastrophe
i would love to have saved all those innocent lives
it would have maked me feel great
and not so empty
feeling so useless being in england \ uk
having no job no money to get to new york
i work now but at the time i would have done anything to be there and helped the best that i could

We can try to change things the way we want. Just be ready to accept things when you can't change them. Dwelling on things you can not change is not good for anyone.

yes you have the intellect and their is a reason why,
so you have to use it to change a lot other wise the happenings will change you and that wouldn't be that what you want.

u can change it at present, but it will cross your path again, and then you should have the courage and strenght do deal with it then, because u will be older and wiser and prepared
