Cheney’s Halliburton Stock Options Rose 3,281 Percent Last Year.....

"Vice President Dick Cheney’s stock options in Halliburton rose from $241,498 in 2004 to over $8 million in 2005, an increase of more than 3,000 percent..."

The media has routinely downplayed Cheney’s involvement and financial investment in Halliburton, one of the largest U.S. defense contractors that received supersized no-bid contracts in Iraq.

SHOULD THE Vice President of the U.S. be allowed to use his position of power to reap rewards for his former company in which he has a financial investment?

I can't believe our leaders are actually trying to pretend these nuts in the islamic world actually have a point of view , they hate everyone...jew, christian, gay, divorced, anyone that doesn't fit there idea of "perfect".

They are the new nazi, who hide behind there so called faith to promote hate. Call it like it is...they are simple minded hate filled people. Everything they have done to protest the pope, only proves he was right (and I am not even a catholic)......please, don't follow a short man.......live and let live..

A lot of Republicans I've known over the years, do not consider themselves to be racist even though they openly oppose interracial relationships. Do you think George W Bush is one of those types of people?

Other than their lies and incompetence and how they try to change the constitution and Bill of rights

their total disregard for liberty and freedom that our liberal forefathers fought and died for.

Their disregard for a womans right to chose to do anything she wants with her own body. Republicans actually want to control peoples bodies in the name of religion and their failed values that are anti american and pro communism.

Supporting torture of human beings that is AGAINST American Values and compassion. Terrorists deserve worse than torture but we Americans should set an example because Americans ARE NOT terrorists.

What would you say is tha main factor?

I just want to know what you think will happen if some Islamofacist scum hit the US with any form of nuclear weaponary. And I don't want to hear the it will never happen crap. The only reason I ask this is because it has been talked about by Michael Savage on his show recently with some guy who wrote a book on it.

I beleive so. I think that even in cases of rape, a woman should do her best to overcome suffering, and make her peace with God. She should have the child, but only if she wants to. We cannot be so cruels as to punish with chidlren, for children are a Gift of God.

Agreest thou?

Christian have no vengance. Christians turn the other cheek, and give up their cloak also. They go the second mile and defy violence.

Christians would have forgiven Osama for his unjust action.
Christians would have prayer for the end of the Holocaust, not invaded Germany
Christians have no blood on their hands.
Christians would not elect a party to power that cares little for the poor, dodging them and labelling them "welfare cheats"

I say unto ye, we art hypocrits! We are violent, ungodly hypocrites! A Christian nation would have fallen to the hands of its enemies a long time ago, had it not God on it's side.

We have survived with military power, but our God is lost :(

Be not a hypocrite, for Jesus sayeth to ye: Love thy enemy! Turn the other cheek.

There is no love in revenge, there is no love in violence.
May peace and love be with ye all.

The Proactive and Preemptive Operations Group http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/P2OG#External_links
http://www.house.gov/hasc/openingstatementsandpressreleases/108thcongress/04-03-11oconnell.html

In 2002, the US Defense Science Board (DSB) prepared a 78 page briefing Summer Study on Special Operations and Joint Forces in Support of Countering Terrorism.

The report, produced by a 10-member panel of military experts under the auspices of the DSB, advocates a greatly expanded and more assertive role for covert military actions, intelligence collection and operations to
"stimulate reactions" among terrorists and states possessing weapons of mass destruction.

"One way to invigorate US intelligence would be to Develop an entirely new capability to proactively, preemptively evoke responses from adversary/terrorist groups. Such an approach would improve intelligence information collection by stimulating reactions from the target and to provoke terrorists into action."

The war in Iraq is shameful. Whether you're pro or con Bush, you've got to admit: The guy lied. And he continues to do so. I can't understand why he's just not run out on a rail. To send somebody's kids off and have them killed for no good reason—he's going to have his day in hell for that. I wouldn't want that karma.
