I was reading the BNP manifesto and they want to "stop the persecution of the motorist" by scrapping speed cameras. Surely, a party that wants better punishment for criminals should not let people get away with speeding. Surely, the logical route for them is to increase the speed limits on our roads?
May be I am not at the same intellectual level as the BNP policy writers!

If I was to lntroduce a flat rate of income tax of 10 - 15% encourage the use of private healthcare, schools through a voucher system or subidies. privatise any new roads to be built and allow free trade and foreign ownership and investment
and give people freedom choice and personal responsibility

I cannot get this through my head. How can countries ever owe money to other ones? I don't understand. The government MAKES the money, so how can it ever be in "debt"?

One of the things I think that is important to keep in mind is that the governments and military's of the earth are at least 25 yrs ahead of what you and I the commoner get to play with. I believe 25 is a very conservative number

Think about that - I can call Japan on a cel phone while standing in a park in the middle of no where with no wires needed - the hook up via space satilites

I can google a map of almost anywhere and count the cars on the road of my choice

Boil water in a micowave in seconds - The internet , the fax machine - and a lot of stuff I've taken for granted so long now I have forgotten to mention or think of

Most of the above happened in my life time - I was born - no fax internet or cel phone - etc

So if the "big boy's" have at least 25 yrs of technological development on me

What are they playing with

What is the most out there - tech you can think of -?

what hold does israel have on the higher and wealthier powers in our government??!!!

why not simply have a national sales tax? exactly what is so terrible about eliminating the annual filing process?

sales tax works in all the states i have ever lived in....except Oregon. But they get you with the other taxes of couse in filing.

Bu why file- when you don't have to?

what in life could be sweeter than NOT filing year after year after year after year after year after year?

how could anyone rationally object to NOT HAVING to file every single year?

it's about the revenue. why not ease our annual burden

Not all world religions have agreed that the human mind preferred over other organisms
But why not move away from personal interests and fancies to hold behind reason and logic in all aspects of life

i'd hate to register as a republican again just to join the NRA. surely registered democrats can join. or do conservatives think only GOD FEARING FUNDIES should have guns?

you now god's and guns...what a great combination. Isn't gun rights really more sensible on the democratic spectrum rather than the conservitive bible belters? seems paradoxical that guns and gods are both on the republican side.

i think gun advocacy should be a left sded issue.

seems backwards to me.

Mercury (Thimerisol) in our vaccines has caused the levels of child Autism to go crazy in todays population.

The high concentration of Flouride in our water supply has been proven to effect the part of the brain that controls will and reason. It doesn't really help keep plaque off our teeth as much as it effect a persons will to resist thought control and fight against a manipulated information.

They have been dumbing down our schools and kids for over a decade.

It would seem that some group or entity would like to keep the population under total thought control and doesn't want people thinking for themselves and knowing what is really going on around them.

Now that Iran and Hammas have stated as much, is there any doubt about where the doubt about who the trouble makers are in the Middle East? The last time, after the Oslo meetings, Hammas started a campiagn of suicide bombings in Israel. Is that the plan this time around too?
