SO how do you feel about maybe the first women president?

Hillary Clinton is running for President of the United States. I would like to know who out there amongst the women will vote for her just because she is a woman and you feel a woman would be good for the country. As a man, if I voted for a man as President just because he is a man, I would be accused of being sexist by all you femmorists out there. So Let's be honest. How many would vote just on sex alone?

I feel the republican party has betrayed conservative America. When the 2008 election comes around I will be registered as an Independent. I believe that many republicans agree with this notion. Because of this will hell freeze over and this repulsive female actually get into the oval office. Will the "Bull Moose" incident happen again? will women (52% of the vote) be stupid enough to vote for her just because she is a woman? I am sincerely scared for America.

The US Constitution prohibits a President from holding office for more than 2 successive terms. If Hilary tapped Bill to be her VP and she died, there is a chance he could become president.

This individual has little or NO experience in politics, he was raised as a Muslim in Indonesia, educated in Muslim schools, has admittedly used Cocaine, he is touted as the Far Left Wing ACLU Adoring Hyper-Liberal Democrats 'Rock-Star', whatever that is supposed to mean? He's the best Liberal Left's hope for 2008?

Like Hillary, both have no answers on any specific questions i.e., on Iran or Iraq, and his only claim to fame is, the cover of People magazine.

The Far Left Wing Smear Web sites tout him as the saviour of America ...!!!

George Soros infamous closet Communist, is throwing his billions behind this individual and like "Air America" the far Left Wing radio disaster hosted by shameless leftists like Al Franken and Michael Moore are backing him as well ... what a gift for all 2008 Republican hopefuls!

Yep, that's the Liberal Democrats darling...Obama 'Hussein' Baraca... ugh...only in America.

What say you?

As a female I would love to see a woman such as, Hilary Clinton, hold office. Although I can't help but to think that society its self is not ready....I feel that maybe in certain ways other countries would see us a weaker nation, and discriminate against a female president. Even though the Female race has come a long way there is still that "machismo" stigma....Or to say, that men are superior. Do you think that other nations would view the US in a negative, weak, or even demeaning way if we were to elect a female preident? Also that the views of others would possibly lead to moreviolence against the U.S.

She has more experience than anyone as of having assisted her husband. She is devoted to Health Care and Childens issues. She knows her vote on the war was misdirected by lies. Her Husband would make a Great Secretary of State. Women shouldbe given a chance afterwhay men have done. I do not want to hear about her maritial life that is personnel. Bill got blown and did not blow up people as the ***---- in office now. No Idiots need appy. I do not care f you differ with myopinion just as long as you apply logic.

republcican? What traits do the women who vote democratic have or what issues motivate them to do so.
Democrats did well among many important subgroups of women, including unmarried women, which the Women's Vote Center targeted through our TAKE SIX in '06 outreach program. Sixty-five percent of all unmarried women voted for Democratic candidates and were 18 percent of the total electorate this cycle. According to Women's Voices Women's Vote, unmarried women turnout in states like Missouri and Ohio was even higher (19 and 21 percent respectively) providing even more votes for our winning Democratic teams.

Other subgroups of the women voters turned out for Democrats at higher levels than in 2004. Hispanic women increased their support of Democrats by 18 percent, young women (18-29) increased their support of Democrats by 14 percent, white women increased their support 8 percent and Independent women's support increased by 12 percent. Reversing a trend from the 2004 election cycle, married women were almost as likely to vote for Democratic candidates as GOP candidates this cycle. [Emily's List, NYTimes]

it is said women caused the democratic sweep. I am wondering what generally reaches women or what triats cause gender differences in voting.
