Well currently no, by constitutional law he cannot....but it should be noted that around the time he was one of the key note speakers at the RNC convention in 2004, there was alot of talk and a meager but steady push to actually try and change the constitution.......which would take alot of push to pull off in reality, but it HAS been talked about.....fyi
I personally would rather start with a female president or a minority president first...
it is up to all of us to decide

No. The Constitution requires that the President be a "natural born citizen", which Arnold is not. He could, however, become a Senator or Representative.

according to the constitution of the u.s. ole arnold could never become the president of the u.s. because he was not naturally born here. i personally think thats bad because i think govenor schwarzenegger would make a very good one. he's very intelligent, had many important issues he wants to address for the people.

Arnold can no longer grow to be President of u.s. till a Constitutional modification is exceeded repealing or changing the organic born citizen requirement to grow to be President

The pres has to be born in the US according to the constitution. Arnold was born in Europe therefore can't be pres

No, not unless they change the law and if they did it for him it could open it up to others who don't love this country so much. He was not born here so he can't be president.

He has to be natural born according to the law of the land. He was an immigrant from Austria. Can't you make make out his European accent in the movies he appeared in? Good enough, yes?

Not without a change in the US constitution he cannot. Naturalized citizens are not eligible to be president.
If you asking if he could be elected president if the constitution was changed, he probably could.

The constitution says this, the constitution says that......blah blah blah. Do you know how many times George W. has changed the constitution. Investigate.
