This morning while i was taking MRT, 1 Pregnant woman was standing infront of a Male (PRC)Passanger which sitting with the letting someone who need the seat signage on top of him, an the other 2 passengers beside(both local male & female). All of them doesn't gave the seat to the pregnant lady, the PRC pretend to fall a sleep. And the others pretend to look else where. Its remind me when my wife have the same treatment, its really make me feel like using the 4 letters words to them... what kind of ppl in own home land??? Our Courtesy from Bad to Worst...

The world has undergone a plethora of natural disasters over the milleniums,( i.e.,earthquakes,volcanos, floods). The tectonic plates clearly show how the land of the earth (and water) have been broken apart, moved around and changed.
How do we even know for certain that the location of "Israel" when first defined as the "Promised Land" is indeed the same land that the Jews embrace so fervently today?

My city is experiencing Stage 2 water restrictions.
Could you please explain the following?

1. What the Aquifer level has to be for each stage to take affect.
2. What each stage-limit entails.
3. Do restrictions differ from state-to-state?
4. Is it a necessity to water your yard, other than it looking nice? Does it mess with foundation(or whatever)?
5. How many stages are there?
6. Can the aquifer run completely out of water? What would you do then?

P.S: I posted this in Home&Garden, 1 person answered, not much info...didn't know where else to post. sorry...

I know that a lot of people can remember exactly what they were doing the moment they heard the first plane hit the tower. I remember I was managing at a hotel at the time, and flights were cancelled or diverted, and we had a lot of airline crew and distressed passangers staying at our hotel.
And the only thing they kept saying was how mad they were that the flight was cancelled. Some of them were laughing (not about the accident), but it was really crass of them to be so cold-hearted.
But what were you doing that day, or how did you react when you saw it?

I thought it was good at first that she was honest about her affair with Scott, but I think that when she wrote a book and capitlized off of what happend, she turned to scum in my book.
I think she was the jilted lover, who fell fast and hard for this 'cad'...even though they had only dated a few times. I think during her phone calls with him, she also was talking to him for her own personal reasons, because she thought she was in love with him. It is noted in some of the media that she didn't record all of the conversations she has with Scott.

I felt really bad for everyone there when it happened.
And I still feel bad for those who lost loved ones,
But at this point, I think the only people who havent' gotten on with their lives were the former residents of "welfare heaven" who are just angry that the jig is up.
