I feel as though he is a child predator and should be given the maximum sentence for the child porn charges. Also he should have to wear a tracking device so that he can be monitored. The man is a sick person in need of mental help. I also believe that he should be made to pay back all the money he cost the people to bring his sick *** back to the US. I am still not convinced that he wasn't in the house the night she Jon-Benet was killed. Maybe there was a second person that actually murdered her and John Karr watched.

He should have to pay his own way back to Thailand,Bankok and deal with the charges there,then be made come back an do his time for the five child porn charges that he has in California.The they should bill him for the free ride he got from Thailand.Which he will probably never pay,but put it in the credit bureau so he has bad credit.He says he didn't kill Jon Bonet but i think he knows what happened and who did do it.I don't think it was one person,i think there was a couple of people down in that basement that know the answer.

It's funny...When I first saw this guy, my thought was that he didn't do it! I had always felt that he had gotten into trouble in Thailand and didn't want to face their judicial system...so how does one get out of it? Confess to one of the U.S's most talked about murders...get a "free ride" back to the states and face the lesser of two evils! Sick Sick man...But, if they just put him in prison...The other inmates will take care of him. Child predators don't do too well in prison!

He is still being held for the child porn charges in California but I think that he should repay all the costs that have been incurred due to his false confession.

He should be tried and hopefully convicted in regards to the pending child porn charges in CA and once he has served his sentence here we should ship his deviate a** back to Thailand

Send him back to where he was and let him stand trial for his crimes there, I do believe they have the death penalty. Oh, and charge him for all the money we spent as taxpayers to bring him back to the states in the first place.
