I thought it was good at first that she was honest about her affair with Scott, but I think that when she wrote a book and capitlized off of what happend, she turned to scum in my book.
I think she was the jilted lover, who fell fast and hard for this 'cad'...even though they had only dated a few times. I think during her phone calls with him, she also was talking to him for her own personal reasons, because she thought she was in love with him. It is noted in some of the media that she didn't record all of the conversations she has with Scott.

She is not a role model for women,Homewreckers,maybe but not women.She was only covering her own @ss by coming forward with her story.She got her 15 minutes of fame and is now making money off of The awful tragedy that happened to Lacey.Any money Amber makes should go to Lacey's family who have suffered the loss of a beautiful,young daughter.Lacey trusted Scott and he lied,cheated and conived behind her back.

I think she felt betrayed like everyone else Scott Peterson came in contact with. Everyone wants their 15 min. of fame and hers came in a tragic way. Not all women can be role models.

The smartest thing she did was report him..the dumbest thing she did was fall for the guy..in no way is she a role model for anyone..What has she accomplished in life?Being known for dating a married killer is disgusting in itself!
