What you think the chances are of (or what they would need to do in order for) the Republican Party regaining control of Congress in 2008. I'm doing this report thing for one of my classes. If you read the news, you would think that one out of two homes in America have a For Sale sign in the front yard and every other home is listed in the Foreclosure section of the newspaper. Personally, I'm not seeing it here in Atlanta, GA. Besides the idiot homebuying markets such as LA, DC, Las Vegas, and Manhattan, is anyone else seeing a bust or is the media trying to "create" the news?

I fully understand global warming theory. Monitor big ice throughout freeze-thaw cycles and notice the net result of thaw.
