As a matter of fact it changed this year.

On August 8, 2005, President George W. Bush signed the Energy Policy Act of 2005. This Act changed the time change dates for Daylight Saving Time in the U.S. Beginning in 2007, DST will begin on the second Sunday in March and end the first Sunday in November. The Secretary of Energy will report the impact of this change to Congress. Congress retains the right to resume the 2005 Daylight Saving Time schedule once the Department of Energy study is complete.

I assume you're talking about which weekends they spring forward and fall back twice per year...

Normally it doesn't change... but they are going to change it next year to make it an easier transition for school age children.

i imagine that daylight hours mark downs time is a gorgeous good idea regardless of the indisputable fact that it makes it harder on people because its like waking up an hour formerly yet in case you imagine about it you benefit an hour of sleep later contained in the three hundred and sixty 5 days.
