I haven't heard yet, but did the jury come in on the Andrea Yates trial?

What was the verdict and please explain what this means for her.

I have been confused about what would happen to her if she was found innocent by reason of insanity.
It just doesn't make sense to me. OF COURSE SHE IS INSANE, no one in their right mind could have done what she did, but if she is found innocent because of her mental illness does that mean she will be set totally free?

Why in Dearborn, Michigan did they ban Church bells, they allow prayers blairing over speakers from mosques?

In the 1990s they barred church bells from ringing due to noise complaints, but yet Mosques blast prayers 5 times a day very loudly and it is totally ok??? HMmmmmmmm political correctness?

The President of India had returned office of Profit bill back, to reconsider several points. It is now being returned by the parliament, without any modification. According to constitution, he is required to sign the bill, which is against his conciousness. Will he resign, instead of signing the bill?

Andrea Yates is the woman who drowned her 5 kids in the bathtub because she said that she was a bad mother and the only way to save them was to kill them.

I just now heard that Andrea Yates WILL spend her life in a forensic institution.?

What is the difference between that and regular prison?
Do you think a psych ward in prison is basically the same as a forensic institution?
Why do you think she belongs in one locked facility and not the other?
BTW: It is not a cushy country club.
It is a Forensic institute for the criminally insane.
I saw the inside of one in my state and it is not pretty!
I'd rather be in prison!

Does anyone care about what is happening to nurses in the NHS?

It is little reported but across the Uk Hospital budgets are struggling to pay nurses. there are no jobs for newly qualified nurses and many hospitals are talking about not filling vacancies or making redundancies because they, having finally introduced 'Agenda for Change' pay deal promised 4 years ago, cannot afford to pay the nurses they need.

A recent poll shows that roughly 60% of Americans feel that our gov't either let 9/11 happen or were involved?

For those of you that have not educated yourself about 9/11, I know you will answer my question with name calling and anger. The people who have looked into the topic will either agree that they believe it's an inside job or they will give their reasons why they do not agree with it being an inside job. So, please do not show your ignorance by name calling and being angry, it only shows you are unaware of certian topics of the 9/11 debate.

Loose Change 2nd Edition is a Google video and is a good place to start your 9/11 education.

Also, I would just like to point out to those who are going to name call and get angry that three buildings collapsed on 9/11. WTC 7 is at the heart of debate for what really happen on 9/11. I know you have never heard of this happening because it is not reported on mainstream media.

Jury finds Yates not Guilty???

This b.i.tch is a physcho.
But prosecution witness Dr. Michael Welner, a forensic psychiatrist, testified that Yates killed the youngsters because she felt overwhelmed and inadequate as a mother, not to save their souls. He said that it was not until a day after the killings that she talked about Satan and saving her children from hell.

Welner also said Yates showed that she knew her actions were wrong by waiting until her husband left for work to kill them, covering the bodies with a sheet and calling 911 soon after the crime.
What is this world comming to??

Does anyone else think that Andrea Yates husband was also to blame?

He should have known not to leave her with those children. He had been told by doctors after the fourth child that she should not have anymore due to mental problems. He had her living in a bus with them for awhile while insisting that she home school them. He was told that she should be on medication and the bottom line is that he knew she had serious problems but he left her alone with them.

Is it true Russell Yates made Andrea stop taking her anti psychotics so he could have baby #6?

Was she under a doctors care at the time of the murders? why would he( Dr.) diagnose her with post partum psychosis put her on the strongest anti psychotics there are and not tell Russell to stop impregnating her?
Why did the doctor not encourage them to get help w/ the children?
Why did Russell continually leave her alone knowing she was wacked upstairs?
Why didn't Russell make a move to protect those innocent baby's?
How can he claim religion as a justification to his actions?

I am here my children?

I have a big problem. It has been foretold thousands of years ago of my second coming. now that I am here, I am seen as a mental patient where ever I go and nobody believes that I am God in flesh.
