Total corruption of justice.

Since killing when insane is totally acceptable, why don't we now declare execution an insane act and just take her out of Society.

She will serve no good in our Society. Yates is now just a drain on Society.

When will we realize that anti-social behavior needs to be seriously dealt with.

Completely remove the anti-social from Society.
Do not force Society to take care of those trying to destroy it.

I guess we should now stop mastectomies.
After all the removal and destruction of a functioning part of the body is logically related to removing a Society destroyer via capital punishment.

I think she needs long term help. I don't think she should be able to get out and rebuild a life, she was insane but does that mean at some point and time we are going to let her out to live her life while her children never ever got a chance at theirs.I think her husband should have got her more help than he did and why would he even think about leaving the children with her in the shape that she is in. The man worked at Nasa and had a good job and could have hired a Nanny or something. At no time should she have been left alone with the children. I am sure in his heart he knows that he has to take some of the blame but we as the general public will never hear it. It breaks my heart at what those children must have went through and I pray that no child ever has to go through that.

It is about time post pardum was taken seriously, no matter what the lives lost will never come back, this story was tragic, but the warning signs had been there for years. She was not ready for the last 2 children and should have received more help before having them not after she killed them. How terribly sad and she didn't get a free ride life in an insane asylum is gonna be no picnic!

at first Michael B. get a clue and watch the information. in case you dont' understand something approximately it, why answer? supply me a wreck. i think of if she's loopy, then she would desire to be placed away in a company for all times. I additionally think of her husband would desire to circulate to reformatory for manslaughter. a number of cases he has suggested he knew she became risky and that she would harm her young ones. How did he safeguard them? He had greater young ones and left them on my own along with her all day and at evening at cases. the folk working in social centers additionally must lose their jobs. They knew she became heavily medicated and the husband commented how she became possible to the youngsters yet no longer something became accomplished. Now those scumbags walk and 5 defenseless young ones have been tortured and killed. The equipment sucks and so do all of those those that enable this take place.
