He should have known not to leave her with those children. He had been told by doctors after the fourth child that she should not have anymore due to mental problems. He had her living in a bus with them for awhile while insisting that she home school them. He was told that she should be on medication and the bottom line is that he knew she had serious problems but he left her alone with them.

I have thought this from the first reports about the deaths. He has a lot of answering to do at the end of his life, because her illness was involuntary but his decisions were not. On the other hand, I think he had mental problems as well.

Absolutely!! He knew full well that she was mentally unbalanced but gave her no support. And to leave the children in her care in that state of mind was unconscionable. He should be in prison as an accessory.

I have little ones and after I heard about what she did i develop into so disgusted! i somewhat wanted her to get the shortcoming of existence penalty. even if, i develop into on-line the different day and develop into examining the case on the Smoking Gun.
