If you want to buy paper towels they are $.59 each but an 8 pack costs $.70 each. Why the difference? I am told the same is true of oil also - they charge more for a 10 pack than for a single.

Today I got fired from a part time job at a tanning salon. Saturday was the last time I worked and during my shift the manager came in (who happened to be there to tan even though she wasn't working). I was in the middle of a sale with a $50 commission tacked on it and I asked her how to complete some paperwork. She went ahead and signed her name for the commission. I complained to the salon owner about it in a phone message but never heard back from her. Today when I went to get my check the manager told me she had to let me go. Does the whistleblower law or any other laws (in New Jersey or the US) protect me or allow me to file a lawsuit? Thank you

The ramp is so steep and their plumbing is right in the way making it very hard to get in or out of the restaurant every time I have said something to them they say they are working on it. It has been three yrs now from the first time I have asked them about the entrence now last night I went there and was told the same thing they are working on it.

So I live in Centeral Coast Calif.
Is there anyone that knows of a good Lawyer for Americans with Disability Acts. I really need to speak to a good Lawyer it seems that the only way people will do something is if they are being sued.
I tried to do it the nice way first.
Please anyone with any info.
