Never been there myself though I drive by it regularly enough on my way between Port Huron and Macomb County/metro-Detroit. If this is the auction you are thinking of (I actually think there is another one somewhere in the general area too- like maybe off 26 Mile West of Gratiot??), it's on the West side of Gratiot just south of 32 Mile Road. Not sure where you're coming from but if you are coming from the Detroit area, I'd still suggest taking I-94 to exit 257 (St. Clair/Richmond exit) and turning left (West) until you hit Gratiot; then, turn South (left) on Gratiot and the auction should pretty much be right on the right (West) side- seems easier to me than the directions they are giving from the 26 Mile Road exit.

It is located there. I think that it is call Brownwood or something like that. They have nice cars there, and u can tell that the original owners kept them up. If u want to spend $1500-$2000, u will walk away with a great car. Good luck
