you need to apply to be a foster parent first- once you are certified they usually offer the option of group homes. The internet or any public school will have information about being a foster parent. Good luck!

Check with the local and state government with their requirements.
Check also if you need police checks on anyone who may work for you or come in contact with the children.
It's not as easy as you think.
