There are dozens, and perhaps even hundreds. Most of Manhattan begins with 100nn. When I lived in Brooklyn, mine was 11219. I have heard that the World Trade Center had its own zip code.

New York City includes five boroughs, and each borough has a large number of zip codes. You'll need a street address or general area to be able to find the zip code.
