I created this website, it costs a pound a month and you get a huge list with private contact details for landlords, so no more agency fees.

agents charge up to 10% of the yearly rent as commision, which landlords add on to the rent!

plus agents charge contract and reference fees which can top £300

the website is www.livesimply.co.uk if you are interested.

Estate agents are seriously scared and keep trying to hack our website and have even sent fake policeman round, its crazy!

My ex-boyfriend snuck my credit card out of my wallet and charged $5000.00 at a furniture store. I did not know this until I got my bill in the mail. I called them and asked them to give me my money back and they could go collect the items from where they delivered it. They told me to go collect the items from where they delivered it and they would try to resale them and give me the money back from the resale. DOes this sound INSANE to anyone. What store does not check I.D. on a $5000.00 credit card purchase?

All of us know that discount is way to attract and cheat the customers.Nowadays all of the shops increase the rate of goods from actual price and reduce it and they sell it to the customers. Is it business trick or cheating.Even educated and brilliant fellows are also excited to purchase goods with discount or offers

Does anyone from the Kingston-upon-thames area know of any scaffolding companies that would take on my 20 year old son? He has been working local (dorset) and is planning on moving to this part of london soon. His problem is that he doesnt hold a scaffolding ticket but is prepared to work for it. He has been doing this line of work for almost 2 years and loves it. He has been in Kingston this week-end looking but hasnt had much luck. Hoping to go again next week end to look around the area again.
Many thanx in advance to anyone who can help.

I'm thinking about leaving my current inside phone Personal Lines sales job.current pay is upto 50K but average 37-43 My style is more face to face sales I feel limited as far as earning potential. My current insurance agent is leaving the agency he works @ and is setting up a new agency with NatWide I've met with him and the corp sales manager. It went very well. They feel i'll be a big asset to the new agency. They mentioned a total 12% commision for agency with 8% going to me & a base salary possibly bennies TBD. Is this a standard %.It's only me & him so as it grows im next in line. I dont want 2 undercut my my compensation package. I need 2 know whats an apropriate compensation for the risk of leavin a job with a big co. w/personal growth limits (i have no degree) & great bennies. 4 more income potential.Im 32, got a 200k condo, non-resident 9yo child. My personal expenses are $2700 a month. All comments welcome, licensed agents freel free to contact me directly through my profile
