you can play gambling
you can sell stuff (even on the street lol)
also there are a lot of illegal stuff that you can have money but i dont suggest you those. like (selling drugs, pictures on the internet, stealings) these are not good.
begging family is a good opportuanity as well,

Well, when I was a teen, I had two paper routes and mowed lawns...but it was a safer world then. Maybe try babysitting or house cleaning...possibly running chores for housebound/elderly people.
