anyone can access UAE Business Directory @ http://www.eBusinessUAE.com millions of business records with company name, address, telephone number, fax, email, website, category etc. You may check Middle East business databases also.

Find yourself an investor....and go into partnership with him. Nobody is going t give you that much info withut a return of some kind.
