$200.00 a month lot fee. Just to keep the mobile home on the lot. Most lot rents are $150 to $160 including the water, trash, and sewer. Is that bull or what?

can put them in to keep them warm but it does not have windows...Do they need sunlight to survive???? HELP ! I have beautiful plants and it would be ashame if they were to die....

Wanted to know your preference .Myself could never live in a condo as like I am clostrophobic and I hate elevator and neighbours are just a little too close all together . Houses have back yards and I love bbq in the summer and the pool in the back .My friend just paid 500,000 fo a small condo overlooking the lake and had to get rid of most of her furniture as it was not big enough to accomodate everything she had.On top she's stuck paying maintenance high monthly maintenance fees as well .
her positive is that she lives in the city with the lake view.I guess I am more of a suburban person ...but wanted to know what is the preference of the rest of you out there :)

I am thinking of investing in a memory foam/latex mattress but am reluctant as to if it will keep the 'like new' feel. I have gone through 2 memory foam pillows in 1.5 years because they loose support. now I have to turn the pillows on end to get any supprt. Do the matresses hold up????
