It is all about what it is worth to you and what your options are.

Is it worth $2400. to you to live on this lot with these neighbors and thier guests and the local crime rate? I mention crime rate because it is often higher in transient areas such as mobile home parks. If you have children consider the influences of the surroundings. Are you willing to pay this price to provide these surroundings for your self and your family (if you have one).

Find some sources for estimating the value of this 2001 mobile home. Mobile do decrease in value, especially once ever placed in a mobile home park. Consider the interest that you will have to pay. Consider the utility costs, the property taxes, and the maintenance, repair and replacement costs. Consider the full cost to move the mobile after the required year is over. Many people find that the cost to move is prohibitive and end up leaving the home and trying to rent it out. Then you become a landlord without the training to do the job well and to protect yourself and your tenants. It could be a step toward a slippery slope. Be very careful.

I don't mean to absolutely tell you not to do this. There may be conditions that could make this viable choice. I just cannot think of any.

That would be a good deal here in Michigan. It would depend on the condition. Get a home inspector to check it out.

it sounds good. but have you gone to see what condition it is in? If it is torn up, don't think twice. But After a year, you might want to move it to your own land.

There are still many things to consider, but so far it sounds good.

NOT MUCH. What do "U" think about a tent for $64.98? Mobile homes depreciate. Buy a real house, take care of it, and it will take care of you!
