This reminds me of an instance the whole street suffered from. After several residents reporting a nuisance neighbour, and getting nowhere, because she was being "victimised" for being a single mother, I contacted the landlord directly and spoke of the issues and concerns, they wanted proof as obviously her account differed considerably from ours.
I decided to video record the next outburst, and just left it running unattended, which was a few hours after the phone call to the landlord, I lived a few houses away but on the same side, in a short time, I had her dancing naked in the street, a fight between some men, children running in and out, loud music and the police and an ambulance having to attend.
The landlord was ordered by myself to come and view this poor "victimised sigle mother" at her best. The shock and horror was a treat to behold. The landlord was a Housing Association and I had provided the PROOF they had asked for.
I also sent a copy to a solicitor who wrote to the Landlord, basically they were not upholding their legal obligation in sorting this problem out.
The outcome was that this family was moved but I'm sure her attitude to her neibours remained the same, and some other area have got the problem now, hopefully not you.
The only way to deal with this problem is to collect evidence to pass onto officials, I was lucky her performance was oscar winning and it won us some peace.

Me and mym mum are having the exact same problem! we're in the process of evicting them (hopefully). We have contacted the council, and recorded all the dramas next door for months. We have also pushed for an asbo against her and her son. We got in touch with police when we were threatened. We have also gone to the environmental agency and complained of noise pollution. There are many ways to attack anti social behaviour. But it is a very long process. so try talking to your neighbours first. If that doesnt help, get in touch with the council. And report it to the poice if it gets too extreme!

Buy some hogs. Hogs in general stink. Your noisy neighbors will hate the odor from hogs. When the noisy neighbors are sleeping fire up a chainsaw and start a new hobby of chainsaw carving. Be the biggest redneck neighbor they have ever had. Throw a big beer party on days when they are generally home. Pull the engine out of your truck using their shade tree and leave it hang in their yard for like a month. Build a fence around your yard using rusty tin and old barb wire. Last but not least put a huge rebel flag and move in a couple of old trailers and junk cars in your yard. Or you could just ask me and my family to move in with y'all for a while. Trust me they will move out.

touch the home proprietor. in reality, pester the home proprietor to dying approximately them! I even have been contained in the corporate of renting residences for extremely almost 40 years and the call that I maximum dread is the single from somebody contained locally saying my tenants are undesirable associates! The few cases that this has got here approximately, I even have appeared into the region myself. I even have evicted human beings by using fact they violated what I call "community criteria of habit" in my lease. Are different associates bored to death with the tenants, to boot? advise that they call the owner, too. sturdy success!

Complain to the landlord, housing association or who ever you rent from, the police might help. You could also try Environmental Health. It worked for me once. You could attempt to get an ASBO served on them.
Failing that..................move!

ive always found that to have a good neighbor you should be a good neighbor. alot of times people don't realize theyre being inconsiderate --loud--and the way you ask them to keep it down will make all the difference. piss em off and look out!

You have to kill them with kindness!
Get their names and attend different churches and fill out visitation cards. Ask for visits from Jehovah Witnesses. Fill out sales response cards asking for them to be contacted. Help your neighbors get free stuff in the mail. Put them on telephone lists they will appreciate it. Be creative.
