I had unprotected sex on Saturday night and I took emergency contraception on Wednesday at around noon. Is it effective?

I have had 2 c sections. One was 3 months ago. I hate the spinal shot in your back. It is so painful. and i hate the recovery because i can't even get my bed and have to sleep in a recliner. It hurts so bad. so, my question is have you have one? what kind of anethesia do they do? is it as bad as a c section? how long is the recovery time?

any info is helpful?

when i turned 18 i got a breast implant on the one side to even them out. but my question is---if i get pregnant and my boobs start to grow because of being pregnant will only the one side grow like before? will i need another implant or does ur breast after pregnancy go back to their original size? if my breast does grow the side with the implant will it shift the implant?

I am a 41 year-old woman in good health and not overweight. My thyroid function is normal. I went off the pill over a year ago, and it took a good four or five months for my period to return to normal. Lately, I've been getting my period every other month (last two periods). I've read that ovaries take turns ovulating each month, which might imply one of my ovaries isn't functioning properly. What are some of the reason for this? I just got my period today (after about 50 days). The weird thing is that a month ago, when I was supposed to get my period, it did seem like I was ovulating, but the period never came.

I also realize I could be perimenopausal, but no one else in my family ever had this kind of issue at this age (and I've heard that menopause symptoms are somewhat familial).

I do have an appointment to see the doctor next week but am just feeling a bit anxious and am wondering if anyone has some insights.

They have me taking 2000mg a day. The doctors here have a bad habbit of just telling me, here take this and don't want to answer any questions. Same thing with the birth control pills to regulate my period. After 4 or 5 months, it stops my period. Now i have to started up again.

I have been diognosed with adenomyosis and am considering a hysterectomy.
Adenomyosis isn't the same as endometriosis. For women who experience severe discomfort from adenomyosis, there are treatments that can help, but hysterectomy is the only cure.
I'm just thinking- if I'm already getting surgery ... two birds, one stone? Has anyone done that?

i'm having horrible PMS. every month i have to stuff myself with Nurofen & panadol. Sometimes PMS runs for a week, i stuff myself with these pills the whole week, this is not healthy. I have weak physique overall, i rarely have time to exercise or make sure i have enough nutrients.

I don't plan to have kids, so i'm thinking to remove my uterus as a permanent solution to PMS.

I dont know if this is safe to do so (ie. possible consequences that may happen?).

And how expensive is it to have my uterus removed?

I know the brown discharge is old blood and I know this is sometimes normal but i'll explain.

I have been on birthcontrol for about 2 yrs now and my periods have been pretty regular. My last period was a week or more late and after my period for the last 10 days or so ive had the brown discharge. I had a pap test a month ago and all was fine with that. Also I did douche to try and get rid of it. It did help alot and I thought it stopped but now its back but not as much. What do you think?

i got my period about 2 days ago and ive been having these cramps ever since.
im on the contraceptive pill, the doctors put me on it so my period isnt really really heavy and goes for 9 days.
they are like pushing on the right side underneath my ribs,
