i dont wanna stop my workout i am trying to lose weight for an event coming up. but it seems nasty to work out at this time in the month

so what can i do to stay active??

You should continue to work out during that time of the month. It'll help with cramps, lessen bleeding, etc. It won't feel dirty or nasty. You'll be fine. I work out during that week and I'm fine. If you work out then and feel dirty, come home and take a nice shower to relax and clean up. Good luck!

I've done almost everything while on my period, except for sex.

Use tampons, that way you don't feel like you are wearing a dirty diaper.

yeah, just build your mood from the morning by eating good food. period is not a hindrance, it cant stop u just like that: P
