Firstly i want to reply to Purple who was shocked that you wanted an NHS breast enlargement. Hating your breasts can cause people to have extremely bad body image, which in turn can lead to low self esteem, depression etc. This can manifest in things such as eating disorders, self harm etc. I have had experience in these areas. If it is that serious then yes, people should be allowed an operation on the NHS, after many sessions with a counseller. However, simply disliking your appearence does not mean that you should have NHS treatment. An operation costs around £3500. You are not allowed an operation before the age of 18, and you have to be referred to the clinic by your doctor, so the first step would be a doctors appointment. But please think about this, as changing one part of your body does not always have the effect that you dream of. You will be left with scars, loss of sensation and stretchmarks. Perhaps the doctor could refer you to a counseller who will help you develop a confident self image, before you make a decision about this.

Lisa, take a look at all the other Answers on Yahoo related to boob-jobs.

You will come to the conclusion that (real) men in general are not swayed by the size of your bust but by your personality - and that definitely does not reside in your chest!

You will also come to the conclusion that the disadvantages - or better said, the dangers - far outweigh the advantages.

And heck - if we do want to keep it on a physical level - if I was somewhat younger and didn't have a fab gf (with small boobs) then I might just fall for your body...

unless you are severley depressed and it is affecting your health you will not get a boob job on the NHS. But see your Dr and see what he says. But i dont think you sound eligible as you are so young.

You grow into your 20's so give it time.

I bet you are a perfect size.

Do you know guys hate the feel of implants?

Do you know guys LOVE all sizes and shapes of REAL breasts?
