I really want to know the best ways to m*st*rbate but I dont have any toys. I need a great way with just my fingers

I rinse out every day in the shower with plain warm water, about a quart. I think everything is OK, but my sister says she can smell me, even if I'm not having/had my period.
I'd prefer to not use anything artificial or heavy perfume to just cover it up. Like some people think deodorant is a substitute for a shower.

The outhouses are usually gross... what do you do instead?

I know when I was young, my mom would wrap us in a towel for privacy and just let us do our little p℮℮ on the sand. That sure was easy! Do you suggest the same?

Ok im 15 so this morning i was trying to put on a shirt and i wasnt wearing a bra so what my shrit touched the area around the areola and nipple it hurt but i didnt pay attention to it then when i was taking a shower i looked at my breast and i saw tiny bumps at my nipple! i dont know what the hell they are on my left breast its like 4 tiny bumps and when i was taking a shower both of my nipples were red not its normal color and it seemed that the nipple flattened or something i am being serious about this what do i do go to my doctor? i dont want to tell my mom whats going on its embarrasing! please someone help me whats wrong with my breast! i dont know if thats normal?

I'm a girl who is almost 19 ,I'v been on birth control pills for almost 5 years . the day before my period I had this dark brown discharge then the next day i started my period, I'v now been on my period for 3 or 4 days i think but yesturday it was pink and later I got in the shower at may be 6:00 pm and after I got out of the shower my flow didnt come back shortly and it didnt come back at all that day. there is bearly any more on my pad then there was yeasturday and its the colour of pink but when i woke up this moring it was a light red. what is wrong with me ?

My husband and I have not had sex in over a month. We've only been married for 4 years. My hubby wants sex and he's getting really annoyed that I'm turning him down all the time. I used to love sex but recently I can't stand it. It hurts to have sex and when I do give in once a month I tell him to hurry and get it over with because it hurts. I can't get wet even. We have to use tons of KY and it STILL hurts. A couple months ago I actually cried during sex and he had to stop b/c it hurt so much. I didn't used to have this problem, in fact, it has just started within the last 6 months.

What should I do? I feel bad about depriving my husband but I have absolutely NO desire to have sex. I feel like something is wrong b/c I'm only 24 and should like sex. I'm worried that this is going to hurt our relationship.

I was comming out of my hockey practice, i stepped off the crub...and rolled my ankle. It's pretty swollen now, I can't see my ankle bone. It's been six months. I get it a little bit like for a day i get a little brownish discharge, and I think it's starting but nothing happens after that. i also go throught phases where I have cramps feel bloated and really touchy for about a week each month, so i think i am getting it, but it never comes. Whats wrong?
