My nipples are sore and really tender any know why?

ok well my period is 3 months late but that can also b/c I have been very stressed I'm not to sure it happens quite often but never had my nipples hurt like this and the slightess touch blood rushes to them and they are just very tender no cramps or anything...

You could be premenstrual. You could be pregnant or nursing. You could have a glandular disorder. You could have an infection. You might have clothes pins on them. In other words, we need more information.

I dont think you should be concerned for your nippples... i would be more concerned over the fact that you are 3 mos late, that is if you are sexually active. If not, you could try talking to you doctor about it. You might want to find ways to reduce stress and eat better to make your self more regular.
Sore nipples are normal for getting your period. It really sucks, i know

Could be many things. Are you sexually active? Pregnant? But, this pain usually affects the whole breast and not just the nipples.
Could be your bra, rubbing the wrong way.
Could be hormonal, especially if you haven't had a period in 3 months.
You didn't tell your age, so you could still be growing.

There are different reasons for your nipples being sore........
1. The type of bra you are weraing
2. Period coming
3. Pregnant
4. Skin chafing
5. mate sucking too hard
6. Baby sucking too hard
7. Biting on the nipple
Only you can determine the reason!.

breast tenderness is commong during or before menstruation. Or, if you're sexually active, maybe someone just applied too much pressure to them?
try sitting in a hot bath, eases the pain a little

3 months late? mauybe ur pregnate, if u dont think you are then u need to go to the doctor. THIS IS NOT HEALTHY for it to be so late, and my nipple become tender right b4 my period

it could be hurting from your nipples getting sucked on or being bit during sex

hurtness can come from exposing your breast to men who rubs their hands on it. Stop allowing men to touch it and regularly exercise.
