I was comming out of my hockey practice, i stepped off the crub...and rolled my ankle. It's pretty swollen now, I can't see my ankle bone. How can i get rid of the swelling, bring out the bruising and get rid of the pain tonight? I have a hockey game tonight and tomorrow night and i'm the goalie...so i'm kind of important.

You could try to wrap it up real tight and keep it elevated. You won't be playing any hockey for at least 4 weeks unless you want to injure it further, besides the pain will be unbearable, wait till tomorrow morning you'll see !

Ice, and elevate your ankle right away. If you play tonight you could injure it more severly. Be careful

put some ice on it. rest up. i wouldn't advise you playing tonight. you may hurt your foot even more and slow down the healing process.
